Why Mindfulness Coaching?

There's a lot of agreement that mindfulness matters, that it can help with focus, worry and anxiety, pain, productivity....

But everyone is different - what they need, how they work, how they learn and function. Not all approaches to mindfulness work for every person or every set of circumstances.

Here's the deal...

  • Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes long, and can be held in person or by video chat.

  • In order to make self-care accessible to all, the cost is at your discretion with a minimum of $15 for 30 minute sessions.

  • Payment can be made via credit or debit card, PayPal or Venmo.
